‘How I beat Crohns And Colitis Naturally And How You Can Too!’

Seven years ago I was diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Colitis And Crohns Disease. For two years I tried everything the doctors had to offer and got significantly worse. Then I chose to treat myself with only natural therapies and powerful positive thinking. Three years later I’m Crohn’s and Colitis free.

born grandaughter Elisha.

Dear friend

If you or one of your loved ones have crohn’s or colitis then this could be the most uplifting message you’ve ever read.

Here’s the good news

You see, I’ve recently put together an e-book called ‘Crohns and Colitis - Turning Down The Pain’

In this e-book you’ll discover 7 amazing steps on how I and how you can overcome crohn's and colitis naturally. I am living proof that there is life at the end of the tunnel if you implement what is in my ebook

So if your feeling afraid, worried about the future, please relax you are not alone and help is at hand. Read on and discover how you can put these problems behind you for good, without drugs or surgery!

But first let me explain how this ebook came about.

It was a visit to the doctor which changed my life.

After seeing blood in my stool, suffering from stomach cramps, having constipation and diarrhoea for three months I finally made the appointment to see my doctor. I had been putting it off for a while. He sent me to see a consultant who after doing tests on me told me I had severe ulcerative colitis and crohn’s disease.

He told me these are incurable diseases and that I would be on medication for the rest of my life. He went on to say that i may have to have surgery to remove parts of my bowel later in life.

I was actually slightly relieved that inflammation was the cause of my symptoms and that I didn’t have some terminal cancer where death was imminent.

He went on to say that diet and lifestyle had little to do with it and that it was more down to my genetics. He gave me medications to take with a warning that if I stopped taking them I could become extremely ill.

So I came away with my medications and began to follow the doctors recommendations and tried to carry on and live as normal a life as I could.

For the first few months the medications seemed to work and were relieving my symptoms. But then things slowly got worse and returned to the way they were before I was taking the medications.

Everything changed from that point on. I stopped socializing and started to stay at home all the time. I became depressed, lonely and miserable. I felt like my life was at the beginning of the end.

By the end of the first year i had got to the point where my energy levels were at zero and I had to stay near a toilet.

But I carried on taking my medications because ‘the doctor knows best’ and by the the end of the second year my original symptoms of bloody episodes, half hourly visits to the bathroom and severe cramps after eating were now accompanied by:

• Headaches
• muscle spasms
• joint pains
• neck pain
• back pain
• fatigue
• blurry vision
• light-headedness
• kidney pains.

I had now hit my lowest point and although I didn’t know it at the time these symptoms are known as Fibromyalgia.

I was now beginning to get really worried and I remember thinking it wouldn’t be long before I’d be on my way out if I carried on deteriorating at this rate.

The doctor told me these symptoms were common in crohn’s and colitis patients and prescribed me more medication in the form of painkillers which I didn’t take as my confidence in the doctors was now fading fast.

I had done everthing they had told me to do yet i was getting progressively and rapidly worse.

I felt helpless, constantly worrying and full of dread. I remember thinking ‘what if nothing works?'

It was then I began to panic and I knew I had to take action to try and stop the slide.

I had got to the point where I decided I couldn’t carry on taking the medications and steroids because they weren’t helping me. And I had been thinking for a while that they were actually making me worse.

For a few months now I had been reading books and looking for answers and after reading one particular book - on nutrition - I decided to take the drastic step of throwing my medication away and I began to treat myself.

I’d learned from a few different sources that the medications were only trying to control my symptoms and were not addressing the cause. I decided to treat myself as I felt it I couldn’t get any worse. It had to be worth a shot.

So I began the long, slow process of learning about health and testing what I was learning.

I wasn't learning about IBD - as I had read those books with limited success - but about nutrition, the digestive system, detoxification, psychology and health and what makes those areas breakdown.

I started changing my diet and began finding what was contributing to my symptoms and what was actually helping me.

In those early days it seemed like everything was aggravating my symptoms but that was only because of the state of health I found myself in.

I added one thing at a time and monitored any reactions. It was a trial and error process like two steps forward and one step back.

After a few weeks I seemed to have stopped getting worse and then a few months went by and I began to feel slightly better.

From that point on I began to devour book after book on diet, health, detoxification, digestion, allergies, inflammation, psychology and self help. From there I did courses and certifications on nutrition, health and exercise.

Anything I could get my hands on which I thought might help. The more I read the more I found out and I began to realize that diet is only one causal factor in crohn's and colitis or any other disease. There are so many other factors involved.

Suddenly things weren’t so bad and I began to experience significant improvements.

The first year off the medications was the worst because progress was slow. And I was making plenty of mistakes because a lot of what I was trying didn’t work.

But one thing was for sure – I had improved and there were short periods in the first year where I felt 10 times better than I had in the previous 2 years.

Then I’d make a mistake and I’d have a flare up and then start all over again.

You know that when you have IBD and you are ‘in remission’ as they call it that any type of stress can cause you to have a relapse.

Things like over exercising, eating something that didn’t agree with me or some emotional trigger would cause symptoms to flare up. I know why all this happens now but I didn’t then.

I could have easily given up and blamed it on what I was doing. But deep down I felt I was going through a transition period.

My intuition told me to keep adding and tweaking things, to listen to my body and go with the flow.

Another year went by and I carried on in the same vein and applying different strategies and I my symptoms weakened to the point that they were hardly there. Events which had previously been making me have a severe flare up were now hardly affecting me at all.

I kept everything in place which was I thought was working and every time I came across something I thought would support me I added it to my program.

Then fully three years after dumping my medications my symptoms cleared up for the last time and i have been crohn's and colitis free since.

If you are looking for a quick fix miracle cure good luck with your search. There are plenty of those flying around the internet.

If you're looking for a sure fire way of permanantly rebuilding your health - Then look no further.

This is a culmination of everything that works and i've put it down in exact steps in 'Crohn's and Colitis - Turning Down The Pain. These are steps which you can take too.

Inside this e-book you'll find the 7 steps which will lead to a crohn's and colitis free life.

Here are the steps you'll learn:

Step 1 Balance your nervous system

There are two sides to you Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). A 'breaking down' side and a 'rebuilding' or 'healing' side. The 'rebuilding, healing' side is the desired state and unless you know how to actvate it you will have little chance of eliminating your symptoms.

Step 2 Customised Nutrition

The nutrition plan is a combination of 3 different diets and it was only when i combined them did my symptoms subside. This plan will support your immune system, decrease inflammation and starve bad bacteria in your gut.

This diet alone is worth the price of the e-book.

Step 3 Eliminate Allergies And Food Sensitivities

If you don't eliminate allergies and food sensitivities you will carry on activating an immune response which will result in inflammation.

Step 4 Help The Good Guys

You must support your body's good bacteria with the correct supplements and foods which contain this beneficial bacteria.

Step 5 Support Your Digestion

Digestive support is critical. There is no point in putting the best food in if it isn't going to be digested.

Step 6 Essential Supplements

The five supplements revealed in this section are essential to rebuilding your immune system, your gut and your health.

Step 7 Detoxification

Because we are bombarded with every kind of toxin you can imagine through our air, water and food it is essential to do two things:

1- You need to know what to avoid from this point on.

2- You need to know what to do to unload the toxins you are already carrying.

In this section i will show you how to do both.

Look at what people are saying!

"I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at the age of 21 after suffering from the symptoms for the previous year. I have spent the last four years taking one medication after another with each one giving me some relief for a time before my body began to reject it.

Not too mention the horrible side effects that each one brought with it without any hope of offering a cure. Every tablet just another stop gap until the next, each one bringing me ever closer to having my colon removed. So now, after spending four years living with this disease, or too be more precise, having it take over my life for the last four years, the first half of my twenties, I have decided too step away from the drug approach and try Stephen's method.

It has been 4 months now and i have never felt better. I am no longer taking any medication, meaning no more side effects. I am getting stronger every day and life without Colitis is beginning to look like a reality, something the doctors could never offer me before. This approach takes time and dedication but the results are more than worth it. I will never look back. The second half of my twenties belong too me now, not this disease!"

Stephen,

An update on my new found health!

Thanks to you so far so good, after suffering from crohns disease for 14 years or more what seems like a life time and getting no real relief from the doctors potions + protocols I decided to give this e-book a try, what the heck! I thought. Initially my son in law came across it on the internet. All I can say is wow! I have only been on the diet for 3/4 weeks and I haven't felt this good in the last 14 years and that is only the diet! There is so much more to try. It feels like my whole body has calmed down. If you have crohns or colitis you must give this book a try, you won't be disappointed.

I'll keep you informed Stephen, once again Wow!
